How we work

From brief to running system.

Every engagement follows the same four steps: Discover, Design, Deploy, Operate. Each has a clear outcome, defined deliverables, and an indicative duration, so there are no surprises, no scope creep, and no dependency on Lucrion once the system is yours.

01

Discover

We establish whether on-premise AI makes sense for you, before any hardware is bought.

What we do

  • Interview your technical and business stakeholders
  • Inventory your data, its sensitivity, and where it lives
  • Score candidate use cases for value and feasibility
What you receive A use-case matrix, a data inventory, and a go / no-go recommendation.
Indicative duration 1 – 4 weeks
02

Design

We turn the decision into a buildable, reviewable architecture you approve up front.

What we do

  • Specify hardware, network topology, and the serving stack
  • Map security controls and identity integration at every layer
  • Set the acceptance criteria the build will be measured against
What you receive A reference architecture, a hardware bill of materials, and agreed acceptance criteria.
Indicative duration 1 – 3 weeks
03

Deploy

We build the system hands-on, then prove it against the criteria we agreed.

What we do

  • Procure, rack, and harden the hardware and base OS
  • Stand up identity, ingress, model serving, monitoring, and backup
  • Benchmark performance and witness a restore together
What you receive A running system that meets the acceptance criteria, with a witnessed restore.
Indicative duration 4 – 12 weeks
04

Operate

We hand over a system your team owns. Support is a safety net, never a dependency.

What we do

  • Train your team and walk through the runbook
  • Hand over complete documentation and credentials
  • Offer an optional retainer for monitoring and updates
What you receive A runbook, a one-day training session, and full ownership from day one.
Indicative duration Ongoing, optional
Get Started

Your data. Your infrastructure. Your control.

Most engagements begin with Discover, a fixed-scope Readiness Assessment that decides whether on-premise AI makes sense for you before any hardware is procured.

We answer within two business days, in English or German.
